I have only a vague understanding of the difference between crossovers and fusion fics, so I’ll just list my favorites under an and/or heading. Links to the kink meme might need some scrolling down and expanding further links, but you guys already knew that.

#i’m kinda just sitting here staring at this and my brain is jumbled and running all these parallels between here #and what happened at the end of reichenbach #in both situations it was sherlock sending john away to go take moriarty on one on one #but the difference is here he was playing a game and john wasn’t a necessary piece on the board in his meeting with moriarty #whereas in reichenbach he was sending john away to protect him and because he already knew what he had to do #it’s a sign of how much sherlock grew in that space of time and how much john came to actually mean to him
